You have up to 15 minutes to complete the assessment which must be undertaken in the consultation room (or office) within the pharmacy and completed under closed book exam conditions without interruptions, without access to mobile phone, internet, books or notes and all questions must be answered from memory. The assessment consists of 10 multiple choice questions and the pass mark is 8.
