Leadership is all about change – taking yourself and others from where you are now to where you could and should be. This has never been more important than now when community pharmacy must engage, influence and be integrated within a new local NHS including Primary Care Networks and commissioners.
This course builds on our award-winning Developing and motivating a team leadership course which we have delivered to 1000s of HLP Leaders and forms the basis of HLP accreditation. You now need to take the next steps to take your skills to another level.
Completion of this learning will provide you with the tools and knowledge to effectively communicate and engage with and thus influence commissioners and other health and care providers in your community. It will also further develop your skills to lead and support your pharmacy team to achieve a healthier future for your pharmacy business.
Workshop-based learning
Our preference is to run this programme as a full day workshop supported by our workbook – we find that the interaction, motivation and learning that delegates get from each other is beneficial in addition to a deep understanding of the knowledge and tools presented. For those unable to attend the workshop, we can support their development through self-directed learning or blended this with a webinar.
