This evening or half-day workshop will help delegates be more in control and feel less stressed in the rapidly changing landscape in which we operate. This is all about creating the required capacity to deliver more NHS and private services whilst providing an excellent experience for patients and customers.
Through a series of engaging and stimulating activities, we take delegates through why changing what we do and how we do it is necessary for future sustainability, what is in our control to change, how to optimise the team to improve productivity and operational efficiency, and at the same time increase resilience.
The workshop can be run for LPCs or regional groups of pharmacies.
