Build capability and confidence through professional development
Clinical knowledge, skills and more...
Developing professionalism, professional capability and professional practice is critical for the pharmacy professions if we are to be seen as relevant and compelling to consumers and commissioners of our services and other health care providers within an integrated health and care system.
Pharmacy Complete offer a half-day workshop for teams of pharmacy professionals to ensure that they consistently demonstrate and adhere to the GPhC Standards.
Revalidation is a GPhC requirement for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. It aims to keep your knowledge and skills up to date and demonstrate to the public, other healthcare providers and commissioners that they are too. Check out the requirements on myGPhC.
However, pharmacy professional development goes beyond revalidation, it is about ensuring that, as a pharmacy professional, you are always competent for your area of practise. There are many opportunities to continue to develop professional capability in order to create an opportunity to deliver new services and take on new roles, including potentially becoming an independent prescriber.
Developing your professional practice includes the knowledge and skills to deliver commissioned and private clinical services such as vaccinations, diagnostics and support for people with long term conditions. Through our Leadership Development Programme and Complete Partners programme we aim to provide a complete solution to meet your needs.
We also offer a range of courses to develop your knowledge and skills to support mental wellbeing.
Take the next step in pharmacy professional development...
